Dr. Christopher DiCarlo is a philosopher, educator, and author. He teaches in the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Toronto and at the Life Institute at Ryerson University. He is also a lifetime member of Humanist Canada and an Expert Advisor for Canada's Centre for Inquiry. In 2008 he won a Best Lecturer in Ontario Award and was honored with the Canadian Humanist of the Year Award.
His best selling book entitled How to Become a Really Good Pain in the Ass: A Critical Thinker’s Guide to Asking the Right Questions is currently in its fifth printing in Canada and the U.S and he has just released his latest book entitled So You Think You Can Think? Tools for Having Intelligent Conversations and Getting Along.
In 2019, Chris gave us a very entertaining talk on "Ethics, Good vs Evil", so we have invited him back for another thought-provoking talk that will also amuse and teach us some life skills to help us get through this pandemic.
