The walking tour of St. Lawrence Market and Old Toronto with famed Toronto historian Bruce Bell was so well received that we have now asked him to run a Corktown and Distillery District tour.

We have 2 dates remaininh, this and the third is on Nov 16th.   Please only book for one of them as space is limited (and join the wait list if it is full as we do get cancellations).

"We will start the tour at 10:30am and we will meet at the First Parliament Site at Berkeley and The Esplanade which is a block away from the Distillery.  From there we can discover the former Consumers Gas complex, then head into Corktown, then into the Distillery.

We will arrange a luncheon in the Distillery area (hopefully at the Mill Street Brew Pub) following the tour.

The cost of the tour is $21 and registrants will be responsible for their own transportation costs and restaurant expenses.

The starting place is 1.6 kms from Union Station and so we recommend taking the Go Train down.   Then the start point is either a 20 min walk, a brief taxi/uber ride or there is also Streetcar that runs along Front Street (route #121).

This tour is only available to fully vaccinated people. Other mask wearing and social distancing requirements may apply depending on the Go train and restaurant protocols in effect at the time.

There will be no cancellations/refunds unless there are people on the wait list willing to take your place
