On Monday November 14th please join Mary Gawen of the Toronto and Regional Conservation Authority (TRCA) for a walk through Alex Robertson Park. We will meet at the Kinsmen Parking lot across the street as the City is working on the Alex Robertson parking lot.
Come enjoy birdwatching for resident birds at Alex Robertson Park on Sandy Beach Road here in Pickering. Discover which birds call Pickering home during the winter and explore the park! I am sure you will see some of the carvings of our Pickering resident Darsey James.
This will be an hour walk and the difficulty is rated as easy to moderate. Trail surface is considered rough and paved paths.
Cancellation - The event will run rain or shine, but will be cancelled if there is a greater than 70% chance of thunderstorm or other hazardous weather. Registrants will be emailed by 8 a.m. the morning of the event if there is a cancellation.
