Join us in your own home for a invigorating workout with a Certified Fitness Instructor. Workout sessions change up on a regular basis from Gentle Cardio Fit to Zumba to Yoga. Designed for both men and women, classes are offered in a defined number of classes per set.
The event details will advise what extra items you will need like an exercise mat, band or hand weights.
Always have a bottle of water on hand whenever working out.
