The PROBUS Lakeside Walking group will meet Tuesday, July 27th at 10:30 am for a stroll along the waterfront (east towards Whitby).
We will meet in the parking lot at the Carruthers Marsh Pavilion on Ashbury Blvd, Ajax (which is south on Shoal Pt. Rd., off of Bayly St. E.)
The walks will traditionally be for one hour - 30 minutes one way and 30 minutes back. If you would like a longer walk, you can continue on your own.
Stage 2 restrictions now allow for 10 people on a walk. We will wait until about 10:35 for everyone to arrive and then will leave as a group.
Walks will be "weather" permitting and if necessary, you will be advised 24 hours in advance if we cancel.
As we are now into the hotter summer months, for your own protection/safety, please wear sunscreen, a hat and bring a water bottle and mask.
