Have you wondered about playing lawn bowling? Now is your opportunity to come out and learn.
The Pickering Lawn Bowling club has offered us three training sessions and then a tournament on the 4th week. They will be providing us with coaches to instruct us on how the game is played.
The club will be providing coffee and a sweet thing for the first intro session.
A friendly tournament will be held on June 8th starting at 1:30 pm and runs for approximately 2 hours. (This tournament will be for members that sign up for this activity).
Bowling balls will be provided for use.
Bring a small towel for cleaning your bowling balls. Bring a bottle of water.
Make sure you wear flat shoes - runners.
Come out and have some fun and learn a new sport.
