
We will start off our day by heading to NOEB Lavender Farm where we will experience lavender and all the essential oil producing plants that grow including the distiller on how they make essential oils in their 15,000 square-foot greenhouse.
Tour the scent of essential oils in the boutique with over 150 unique products ranging from lavender, lemongrass and Rose geranium all grown and made in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
We will then head to Chateau Des Charmes for a 40 minute tour and tastings of 3 wines.
Château des Charmes was founded in 1978 by Paul Bosc, a fifth-generation French winegrower. Paul and his young family arrived in Niagara in the 1960’s with the idea that growing their own grapes was the best way to make fine wine. More than ever, they believe in this Estate Winery model and they make their wine only from grapes they've grown themselves.
Next we will be heading to Queens Landing Hotel where we will enjoy a three course lunch in their private dining room
Our final stop will be to Bella Terra Vineyards where we will enjoy tastings of three wines, by the pond.
Nestled amongst the sprawling vineyards of the prestigious Four Mile Creek sub-appellation, Bella Terra Vineyards sits on a 50 acre grape farm that has been tended to by the Puglisi family since 1974. This family-owned winery is headed by Luciano (Lou) Puglisi who draws on grape-growing knowledge and experience that has been handed down from one generation to the next. As you sip any one of Bella Terra's wines, you are tasting three generations of grape-growing and winemaking experience.

10:15 am - Visit NOEB Lavender Farm
11:30 am - Tour Chateau Des Charmes winery and enjoy 3 wine tastings
1:00 pm - Queens Landing for 3 course lunch including:
Organic Greens with Cucumbers, Confit Tomatoes, Blue Cheese Crumble, Focaccia Crouton and Peach Vinaigrett
Roast Salmon Filet with Sautéed Leeks and New Potato Hash, Tarragon Cream
Vegetarian option will be available
Pastry Chef’s Select Dessert of the Day & Freshly Brewed Coffee/Decaf or Tea
2:30 pm - Visit Bell Vista winery where we will sample 3 wines.
4:30 pm - Depart for home
