Wine Tasting - Wines from Spain, Australia and Ontario

 Hello Wine Tasters!!

Welcome to our newest adventure!

  Jyoti will be hosting the January wine tasting. She has chosen to explore wines of Spain, Australia and Ontario.  To talk about the wines, Jyoti has invited her Cousin, who is a Sommelier.  

 The wines to be tasted are:

1 white - Meldville Pinot Gris (Ontario),

1 red - Bec Hardy Pertaringa Lakeside Shiraz (Australia) and,

1 sparkling - Villa Conchi Brut Seleccion Cava (Spain)

 The servings consist of 1X 50 ML per person.

 Please bring a prepared/plated appetizer; ie. creamy cheeses, strong aged hard cheeses, sushi, shrimp, fruit, bread, crackers, grilled or barbequed meats, or other snacks but nothing with garlic or too spicey to take away from the wines.
